2. Hosting and server log files

This website is operated on a virtual server of netcup GmbH (Daimlerstraße 25, 76185 Karlsruhe, Germany). When you visit the site, the web server automatically processes technically necessary data and stores it in log files: IP address, date and time of the request, requested page, amount of data transferred, status code, and browser and operating system information (user agent).

The purpose is the secure and stable operation of the website (error analysis, defense against attacks). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Log files are deleted automatically after 14 days at the latest. A data processing agreement exists with netcup.

3. Contact form and email

Contact form: If you use the form, your details (name, email address, optionally Odoo version, and the content of your message) are transmitted to my server in encrypted form and stored there in my CRM system (Odoo) as an inquiry. The server is operated by netcup GmbH in Germany (see section 2). I use the data solely to answer your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give by ticking the checkbox. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

Spam protection: To protect against automated requests, I use a hidden extra field, a minimum fill-in time and a limit on requests per IP address. For this purpose the IP address is only held briefly in memory and not stored permanently (for storage in log files see section 2). No external services such as reCAPTCHA are used.

Retention period: Your inquiry is deleted once it has been handled and no statutory retention obligation applies, and after 6 months at the latest if no order is placed.

Email: If you write to me directly by email, I process your details only to handle your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Please do not send passwords or credentials by email or through the form.

4. Cookies, tracking and fonts

This website does not set any cookies and does not use any analytics or tracking services. The fonts used (DM Sans, Space Grotesk) are delivered locally from my own server. No data is transmitted to Google or other third parties.

5. External links

The site links to Fiverr. Data is only transmitted to the respective provider once you click the link. Its privacy policy then applies.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21). Please contact me at the address above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany, www.lda.bayern.de.
